Privacy
First United Methodist Church respects absolutely the privacy of every person visiting our web site. For this reason, First Church has created this privacy policy.

Unique Personal Information
First Church will not collect any personal information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily.

The only way we can obtain your personal information (i.e., your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) is if you submit it to us through one of our interactive forms. You will have control of the level of availability of your personal information. At the current time, the default selection is that your information will only be available to system administrators. Making your profile available to members will allow other members of the church to see it, but not other visitors to our site.

If you have already sent this information to us and would like for us to delete it, please contact  Karen Robertson identifying the information you submitted and when you submitted it. We will then delete your information from our files.

When you do provide us with personally-identifiable information, we will only use that information to contact you regarding First Church matters which we think may interest you.

Children and Youth
First Church wishes to encourage as many children as possible to use the Internet but there are particular privacy issues which relate to them. We monitor the sites to which we link and monitor attempts to market to children. We will  delete sites that attempt to do so. Children's pages are monitored by Cindy Naeger, Director of Children's Ministries.

Pages on this site that contain individual photos of children or youth are restricted to members of First Church and are not seen by guests or other visitors to the site. Additionally, pages relating to our Youth Program are restricted to participating youth and adults who are specifically granted permission to access the pages by our Youth Director, Jayna McFarland. If you have questions regarding any portion of the youth policy or pages, please contact Ben.
