Committees and Teams at First United Methodist Church

Each year at Charge Conference (our annual meeting) the church elects women and men to serve in leadership positions for the coming year. The slate of nominees is prepared in advance by a team tasked specifically with that responsibility. As that team prepares to do their work for the coming year, would you help them out? Please take a few minutes to nominate people you believe have gifts and abilities to serve in various capacities. Feel free to nominate yourself if you have an interest in serving.

Nominating someone through this form doesn’t automatically mean a person will serve, but enters their name for consideration. Nominees will be asked to serve and confirm their willingness to serve before being put forward for election at Charge Conference. If you have any questions about this process, you can email Pastor Jeff or Tiwana Whitten.
